Redington enters ‘growth phase’ as profits double

Redington has entered a “growth phase” and aims to boost staff numbers by more than a quarter in its current financial year, after its pre-tax profits doubled in the 12 months to the end of April. Head of strategy Mitesh Sheth tells Financial News how the investment consultant has benefitted from its decision to not go down the fiduciary management route and to focus on boosting its number of retained clients, as opposed to one-off projects.
