A new CEO at Standard Chartered has done little to assuage the bearish views of Barry Norris, CEO of Argonaut Capital. Financial News reports Norris has increased his short position in Standard Chartered and has issued a warning that the “worst is yet to come” for the emerging markets-focused bank.
