‘When people were worried about Pakistan and Argentina, we were buying’

Frontier markets are a tier of countries that sit below emerging markets. They are not necessarily less developed in terms of wealth, but they may not hold as many compelling prospects for investors. Oliver Bell, manager of the T Rowe Price Frontier Markets fund speaks to The Telegraph about the concerns that managers who invest in frontier markets face in getting clients money out, which in turn narrows down suitable countries. Oliver also states that despite this there is potential long-term growth in frontier markets.
