Alice Jones

Alice supports the KL team with all aspects of human resources. She began her career at Amazon, as a Resourcing Assistant, looking after over 3,000 employees during the company’s peak period in a fast-paced HR environment. She then worked as a Regional People Adviser at Grant Thornton looking after 700 employees across six locations. Alice obtained her CIPD qualification and MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University.
