Settling the nerves: Where now for UK commercial property a year after Brexit vote?

Rogier Quirijns, portfolio manager of the Cohen & Steers European Real Estate Securities fund, tells Investment Week that his team offloaded their entire London office exposure at the beginning of 2016, a move that paid off when Brexit hit, which led many corporates to reconsider their London office space. However, while the team is cautious on the UK market overall, it identified a few attractive pockets of opportunity including e-commerce focused logistics warehouses, student housing and healthcare landlords.
