Investors ready to move energy back from dark

Richard Robinson, manager of the Global Energy Fund at Ashburton Investments, tells Pensions & Investments that the market is concerned that OPEC cuts are not working and cited the fact that when you have got such high inventory levels, you are very susceptible to scare stories. With the seasonality of oil demand kicking in, Robinson expects that we should get a significant inventory draw over the second half of the year.
